Christians are to love our brothers and sisters in Christ like God loves the church.  We were all created by God.  We are all descendants of Adam and Eve.  God hates racism because He wants Christians to love one another.  He wants us to love our enemies as well.  Between all the attacks and plots due to racism, we are still accountable for how we treat each other.  We have to set a standard on how all Christians should show love.

Some people believe assumptions about other races are in churches around the world.  Those assumptions are keeping people from getting to know other races.  They cause more harm to both races because some people of one race allow assumptions to hurt other people.  Now, more than ever, it is exposed all over the media to the harm that racism can cause for those who are hateful and the families that are suffering because of violence.

God is about showing love and compassion for other people daily.  For those of you who think that God supports your mission against other races, He doesn’t approve of your lying, sabotaging, attacking, or killing other races because of your views about another race.  If you decide to continue with your behavior, Jesus will say He never knew you on Judgment Day.  Having hate in your heart for any reason will keep you from living the life God called you to.  How can you spread the Good News about Jesus while spreading hate for your fellow man?

Jesus loved every person in His path.  In John chapter 4 (NIV), culture wouldn’t allow for Jews to speak with Samaritans. Jesus had talked with a Samaritan woman about her life while talking to her about God and the living water.

After Jesus’ death and resurrection, the disciples were led to spread the Gospel throughout the world.  In Acts 10, God gave Peter a vision about all kinds of animals, reptiles, and birds.  He was told to kill and eat. Peter thought they were unclean.  God told him they were made clean.  It took God using another person to show Peter that the disciples had to preach the Gospel to the Gentiles.

In Acts 10:34-38, Peter spoke with Cornelius, a centurion in the Italian Regiment.

34 Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35 but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. 36 You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all. 37 You know what has happened throughout the province of Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John preached— 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

The Gentiles were of a different culture that also spoke another language.  The Holy Spirit led Paul (formerly known as Saul) to preach the Gospel in other Gentile countries.

God doesn’t condone hatred toward your fellow Christians or the rest of mankind.  You don’t know God because He is of love not hate. For God’s greatest command is for us to love one another (John 13:34-35, 1 John 4:7).

Don’t continue to let the devil cause division between you and others in the Christian family.  This is what the devil wants: like Jesus said to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10).  Repent and turn back to God.  Pray to God and study the Bible.  Let God’s love pour into your heart.  Then, you would be able to love other people.

Since God hates sin, His Son Jesus paid the ultimate price with His death on the cross to cover all our sins.  We had to hear the Good News.  We had to believe in our hearts that Jesus not only died for our sins – but rose from the dead three days later so we could have a relationship with God and one day go to Heaven.  When we prayed the sinner’s prayer, we got baptized into Jesus’ death and rose into His life.  We aren’t our own when we give our lives to Jesus.  We aren’t supposed to act like our sinful selves anymore.  When we get baptized, the Holy Spirit is put into us to guide us.  We feed our spirits by praying and reading the Bible.

Jesus showed us through His actions and how to live a holy life.  Don’t let His dying be in vain in your life because you act like He only loves one race.  Jesus loves one race alright – it is the human race that God created when He created Adam and Eve.  We are special to God because we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior.  He is the same Lord and Savior to all those who converted to the Christian faith.

God hates all the divisions that people have come up with over the years.  Christianity is all about unity under the faith in Jesus Christ.  It started with different beliefs that Paul even talks about in First Corinthians: for instance, believing in other people besides Jesus in the early church.  Paul also wrote about Jews versus Gentile Christians because of some beliefs that came up with the early Roman church about circumcised and uncircumcised Christians.

Of course, many differences came up long before Jesus was even born.  There were different religions that the Israelites were exposed to and some even worshiped pagan gods against God’s warnings not to.  The early church had to deal with the Jewish laws versus Christianity as well.  The history of the Christian church shows that being different can also get you put in prison, beaten, or put to death by those who opposed the light that Jesus brought to the world through His life, death, and resurrection.

The Jews’ hearts were hardened because they refused to believe in the miracles that Jesus performed.  Plus, they refused to believe the truth about Him being the Messiah that was prophesied by a few prophets over 400 years before Jesus was born.  Those same Jews plotted against Him and put Him on the cross for no reason.  True, it was already predicted it would happen.

The hatred in your hearts has caused your hearts to be hardened as well.  Due to this, you are not seeing the beauty in the relationship with God.  You are not having healthy relationships with fellow Christians.  Plus, you are continuing to sin because of the hatred. Whoever or whatever caused you to have limited beliefs is causing you to fall away from God’s sight.  He wants to embrace you with His love.  God wants the best life for His children.  It is time to decide the direction of your life.  It is time to realize that you are loved, too.  God is a forgiving God.  He would take you back into His arms if you allow your heart to soften.  Our feelings are deceitful and lead all of us astray often.  When we realize the error of our ways, we turn to God.  We repent and turn away from our old sins.  Because of the Holy Spirit, we grow in our faith and honor God by our actions daily.  Plus, tomorrow isn’t promised to any of us.  You could die tomorrow without repenting and be sent to hell because of your hatred for your fellow Christians and other human beings.  Jesus could come back tomorrow.  In the end, it is your choice.
